Part of the reason why the band split was because Ryan wanted to sing. That’s how ‘Mad as Rabbits’ Came about. A couple people wanted me to sing the whole thing, but Ryan said ‘This is my song I want to sing it’. I kind of kept my mouth shut the whole time. I wish I’d said something. For a long time, I felt like ‘What the fuck, man? you made me the singer; this is what you hired me for’.
